Mila Thompson is a former NFL cheerleader for the Washington Redskins. She performed on the field for the Redskins for four consecutive years and was promoted to co-captain. Mila also had the opportunity to travel the world and perform in the Dominican Republic, Aruba and Costa Rica. She also had the humbling experience of performing in front of United States service men and women on three military appreciation tours in Afghanistan, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and other countries.
Throughout all four years at Palo Verde High School in Las Vegas, Mila was part of the ROTC Drill Team, and played one season of softball and one season of junior varsity men’s football as running back – that’s right MEN’S football. Also, Mila has extensive experience in karate studying Okinawan style uechi ryu for over 10 years.
In addition to her obvious affinity for the Redskins, Mila loves Steph Curry and Peyton Manning.
While living in Maryland, Mila studied performance arts and was a member of multiple hip-hop dance crews. In March 2014, she relocated to Las Vegas and became affiliated with High Profile Dance Company and Body Talk Entertainment. In addition to her love of dance and performing, she continues to pursue acting and hopes to inspire others through the power of art and communication. Her dream is to one day become a back-up dancer for performers such as J-Lo and Missy Elliot all while traveling the world, teaching and learning different styles of dance and practicing a variety of international marital arts.
